Proceedings from Aug. 8

A preliminary hearing is set Sept. 16 for Daniel J. Vandenack, 53, Fond du Lac. He is accused of being party to burglaries between May 26, 2012, and May 28, 2012, at Commando Paint Ball, at Helmle Construction on June 9, 2012, New Visions, all town of Abrams, between June 17 and 18, 2012, of Jo Jo’s Diner, and Firelite Ice Service, town of Stiles, between June 1 and June 22, 2012. A $1,000 cash bond was set, and he is to have no contact with any of the businesses.

A pretrial conference will take place Sept. 12 for Jason M. Sutrick, 33, Oconto Falls. He is charged with causing substantial battery intending to cause bodily harm and disorderly conduct on April 18 in Gillett. He entered a not guilty plea at his arraignment. A $1,000 cash bond was posted.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 15 for Christian D. Kundert, 19, Oconto Falls. He was arrested May 26 for being party to a burglary in Oconto Falls. His $5,000 signature bond continues.

Steven M. Francois, 30, Oconto, entered a not guilty plea to causing substantial battery intending to cause bodily harm to another on May 6 in Oconto. His next court proceeding is Sept. 13 when a plea hearing will take place.

A preliminary hearing will be held Aug. 23 for Adam J. Charles, 43, Gillett. He is charged with driving while intoxicated, seventh, eighth or ninth offense. He also faces charges of resisting an officer and disorderly conduct. A $7,500 cash bond continues.

A preliminary hearing is set Sept. 16 for Breanna J. Heller, 22, Green Bay, who is accused of causing substantial battery intending bodily harm and disorderly conduct. She was arrested July 6 in the town of Lena. Her $2,000 cash bond continues.

Charges against Sarah Marie Cadieux, 27, Pulaski, were reduced from burglary by arming herself with a dangerous weapon, theft, burglary and two counts of theft of movable property, to now read being party to the charges listed. The incidents allegedly occurred May 30. Her preliminary hearing is Aug. 16. A $2,500 cash bond continues.

A preliminary hearing will be held Aug. 14 for Jimmy Alvis Loven, 53, Batesville, Ark. He is charged with driving with blood alcohol content in excess of the legal limit, ten or more offenses, and disorderly conduct. Loven was arrested July 14 in the town of Oconto Falls. His $7,500 cash bond continues.

Scott J. Fuelle, 26, Pound, is to appear at a preliminary hearing Sept. 5. He is charged with hit and run involving an injury on April 25 in the town of Lena. His $2,500 signature bond continues.

A preliminary hearing will be held Sept. 18 for Terrence L. Vanhoosen, 46, Lena, who is accused of driving with blood alcohol content greater than the legal limit, fifth or sixth offense. He was arrested July 14 in the town of Stiles. His $2,500 cash bond continues.

A preliminary hearing is Sept. 5 for Gary G. Rosek, 58, Suamico. He faces a charge of driving while intoxicated, fifth or sixth offense. He was arrested July 28 in the town of Little Suamico. A $2,500 cash bond continues.

Lauren S. Ireland, 33, Pulaski, is to appear at a preliminary hearing Sept. 20. She was arrested May 10 in the town of Chase for burglary, and two counts of theft were modified to read party to the offenses. A $1,000 signature bond continues.

Proceedings from Aug. 7

Stanley T. Dyal, 17, Oconto, was sentenced to a year in jail for arson of property other than a building, and nine months in jail for carrying a concealed weapon. He was found guilty of the offenses which took place April 17 at Oconto High School. The sentences were imposed and stayed and he was placed on probation 18 months, ordered to pay $135.40 restitution, $268 court costs, continue his education, maintain absolute sobriety, possess no illegal drugs or paraphernalia, obtain anger management counseling, possess no weapons, spend 10 days in jail and serve 32 hours of community service.

Joshua J. Wirtz, 32, Oconto Falls, entered no contest pleas to amended charges of misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, downgraded from substantial battery. He was arrested Sept. 9, 2012, in the town of Oconto Falls. Sentencing was withheld and he was placed in the Oconto County Volunteers In Probation program a year, ordered to pay $6,590.42 restitution, $243 court costs, attend alcohol and other drug abuse assessment and follow through, and have no alcohol or contact with the victim.

Proceedings from Aug. 6

Eric A. Bayer, 35, Suring, made an initial appearance on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, second offense. He was arrested April 19 in Suring. His arraignment is set for Sept. 25, and a $100 cash bond was set. He is to have no illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia.

Proceedings from Aug. 5

Adam J. Charles, 43, Gillett, made an initial appearance on charges of driving while intoxicated, seventh, eighth or ninth offense, obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. He was arrested Aug. 4 in the town of Spruce. His bond was set at $7,500 cash, and his appearance will continue Aug. 8. He is to have no alcohol or illegal drugs or paraphernalia and is not to be in places alcohol is sold or served.

Sarah Marie Cadieux, 27, De Pere, made an initial appearance on charges of being party to theft, two counts of being party to burglary and a party to misdemeanor theft which allegedly occurred May 30 in the town of Little Suamico. Her bond was set at $2,500 cash, and her appearance is continued to Aug. 8. She is to have no alcohol or illegal drugs and no contact with the alleged victim or co-defendants.

Tyson E. Rogers, 31, Wautoma, made an initial appearance on charges of being party to burglary Sept. 6, 2012, in the town of Abrams. His arraignment is set for Sept. 12, and a $2,000 cash bond was set.

Tyler Hoffman, 17, Oconto Falls, entered not guilty pleas to charges of causing substantial battery and disorderly conduct. He was arrested May 10 in Oconto. His pretrial conference is scheduled for Sept. 12, and a $5,000 signature bond continues.
