Chris L. Lincks, 57, Mountain, pleaded not guilty to two counts of felony bail jumping and two counts each of disorderly conduct and violating a harassment restraining order, all misdemeanors, in connection with incidents that occurred May 12 and May 14. Judge Michael T. Judge allowed a reduced bail of $5,000 cash and scheduled a pre-trial conference for Aug. 10.

July 5

Judge Michael T. Judge ruled there was probable cause Daryl J. Tekus, 64, Suring, committed a felony, and he bound Tekus over for trial on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense) and operating with a prohibited blood alcohol content. Arraignment was scheduled for July 13.

Valerie A. Hubbard, 30, Sobieski, stood mute at her arraignment, and not guilty pleas were entered on her behalf for five felony counts regarding alleged failure to notify medical assistance of circumstances or receipt of income or assets, from summer 2013 through Jan. 1, 2016. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Aug. 10.

June 30

Kyle S. Sutrick, 30, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest to a charge of failing to report to the county jail. Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 7. He was charged March 10 after failing to report to the Oconto County Jail to serve a 30-day sentence for disorderly conduct.
