Proceedings of Oct. 4

New charges of manufacturing amphetamine with the intent to deliver, plus bail jumping, were filed against Rock H. Gerow, 60, Mountain, on the day before he was to stand trial for possession of materials to manufacture methamphetamine and two counts of possession of narcotic drugs, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 24, 2016. A Nov. 14 preliminary hearing was scheduled on the new charges, which allegedly took place April 14, 2016.

Lori A. Wittock, 36, Oconto, was charged with strangulation and suffocation, plus misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 22. Judge Jay N. Conley set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled the balance of her initial appearance for Oct. 12.

Proceedings of Oct. 3

Katie E. Johnson, 29, Oconto Falls, was charged with three felony counts of identity theft and three misdemeanor counts of theft in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred July 1. Judge Michael T. Judge set a signature bond of $1,000 and scheduled the balance of her initial appearance for Oct. 12.

During a preliminary hearing, Judge Jay N. Conley ruled there is probable cause to bind Leroy F. Beechy, 46, Marion, over for trial on a charge of theft of more than $10,000 in a business setting, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 17, 2015. Arraignment was scheduled for Nov. 8.

A preliminary hearing was postponed after Kenneth R. Paulson, 56, Gillett, asked for a new attorney. He is charged with manufacturing THC with intent to deliver in connection with a search of his house that allegedly yielded two marijuana plants growing in an indoor greenhouse and seizure of 15.7 grams of marijuana. A status conference was scheduled for Oct. 12.

During a preliminary hearing, Judge Michael T. Judge ruled there was probable cause to bind Damien E. Anzelone, 22, Suring, over for trial on a charge of taking and driving a vehicle without consent, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 16. Arraignment was scheduled for Oct. 12.

Daniel W. Perkins, 48, Crivitz, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over for trial on a charge of strangulation and suffocation, as well as misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 8. He pleaded not guilty, but court records indicate a further plea/sentencing hearing was set for Oct. 24.

Jamie L. Roemer, 35, Oshkosh, pleaded no contest to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense) in connection with an incident that occurred June 28. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled sentencing for Dec. 1.

Proceedings of Oct. 2

Marcallen J. Uhl, 31, Marinette, pleaded no contest to child enticement for sexual contact, in connection with an incident that occurred Aug. 27, 2016. A bail-jumping charge for allegedly violating the terms of his bond on Aug. 9 was dismissed on the prosecutor’s motion. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled sentencing for Nov. 28.

An arrest warrant was issued for Renee L. Reinboldt, 39, Whitelaw, after she failed to appear for sentencing after pleading no contest Aug. 15 to possession of narcotic drugs and possession with intent to deliver drugs. A new charge of bail jumping was filed.

Diana K. Gills, 29, Shawano, pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamine. The charge was amended from an earlier count of manufacture or delivery of methamphetamine in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 27. Sentencing was scheduled for Dec. 1.

Colin J. Tanner, 19, Abrams, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to a charge of strangulation and suffocation, as well as misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 6. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for Nov. 9.

Proceedings of Sept. 27

Joshua F. Gartner, 34, Shawano, was sentenced to 18 months in prison, followed by two years of extended supervision, on charges of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense), in connection with an incident that occurred May 6. He was given 117 days credit for time already served. Conditions include maintaining absolute sobriety along with fines and court costs totaling $4,060.

Proceedings of Sept. 12

A bench warrant was issued for Tracy A. Bahr, 33, Cecil, after she failed to appear for sentencing Sept. 11 on a charge of felony bail jumping, in connection with a drug arrest Feb. 24 that violated the conditions of her bail from an Oct. 25, 2016, incident in which she was charged with strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct.
