Proceedings of Dec. 28

After a preliminary hearing, Alex James Vandenhoven, 24, Green Bay, was bound over for trial on charges of possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession with intent to deliver narcotics, and possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 6. Arraignment and a bail/bond hearing were scheduled for Feb. 2.

After a preliminary hearing, Randy M. Soper, 59, Gillett, was bound over on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense) in connection with a traffic incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 21. Arraignment was scheduled for Jan. 10.

Proceedings of Dec. 27

Keith E. Guerrero, 32, Oconto, was charged with stalking and a midemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 18. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for Feb. 2.

Jeffrey S. Wenzel Jr., 18, Oconto, pleaded no contest to a felony charge of driving or operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an alleged Aug. 28 incident. Sentencing was scheduled for Feb. 2.

Proceedings of Dec. 20

An arrest warrant was issued for Cameron C. Soman, 43, Wabeno, on felony charges of burglary, battery or threat to a witness, and strangulation-suffocation, plus misdemeanor counts of criminal tresspass to a dwelling, battery, and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 18.

Proceedings of Dec. 14

Katie E. Johnson, 20, Oconto, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over for trial on a charge of escape from criminal arrest, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 7. Arraignment was scheduled for Jan. 11. In three pending cases, Johnson is charged with three counts of identity theft, two counts of bail jumping, one count of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, and three misdemeanor counts of theft. She failed to appear for a court hearing Nov. 13 and was arrested on a bench warrant Dec. 7.
