A further sentence of 18 months in prison, followed by two years of extended supervision, for exposing his genitals to a child was imposed and stayed. Additional charges of child enticement, causing a child younger than 13 to view or listen to sexual activity and causing a child 13-18 to view sexual activity were dismissed but read into the record at sentencing. All of the charges were related to incidents that occurred in 2013 and 2016.

Arraignment was scheduled for April 12.

Brandon L. Hunter, 26, Oak Creek, formerly of Oconto Falls, entered into a deferred judgment agreement and pleaded no contest to charges of strangulation-suffocation, as well as misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with a domestic incident that occurred Aug. 12. Judge Michael T. Judge accepted the plea but deferred judgment, suspending the proceedings and ordering Hunter into the Oconto County Volunteers in Probation program for two years. He may have no contact with the victim and must complete and follow through with anger management education.
