Bond has been set at $25,000 cash for a former Oconto Falls man charged with a 12th count of stalking the same woman.

Randel G. Dietze, 53, Gillett, was charged last fall with 11 counts of stalking and 11 counts of bail jumping in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred from April to September involving the woman, who is listed as a witness in a pending domestic sexual assault trial against Dietze.

He was free on $25,000 bond from the earlier stalking case on Feb. 23, when the woman saw Dietze in the drive-thru of a cafe where she was meeting with her son’s girlfriend.

According to the new criminal complaint, Dietze drove slowly around the front of the building staring at the woman. The incident was similar to others that allegedly occurred last summer at the same establishment.

The latest stalking and bail jumping charges were filed at a status conference for the earlier stalking case on March 15. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled a preliminary hearing of the new allegations for April 29.

A four-day jury trial is scheduled starting June 18 in the original case, which involves charges of second-degree sexual assault using force, third-degree sexual assault and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree sexual assault, battery and disorderly conduct in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 7, 2017, in the town of Oconto Falls.

A final pretrial conference was set for June 3.
