The Oconto Falls Post 302 Legion baseball team came up on the wrong end of a 2-0 final against Denmark on June 6.

Oconto Falls was unable to string enough hits together in its season-opener.

After not putting a single runner on base in the first three innings, Post 302 had a runner reach base in each of the last four innings.

Mitchell Manns singled in the fourth, Braden Uelmen walked to open the fifth, Dylan Nelson singled to open the sixth and Jake Foster singled in the seventh for Oconto Falls.

Tyler Mielke took the tough loss on the mound, allowing a pair of fourth-inning runs. Sam Virtues tossed the fifth and sixth innings before Mason Sefcik worked the seventh.
